Returns & Refunds

Beauty products including make-up

  • For hygiene reasons, no products can be returned and refunded.

  • In case of allergic reaction, you can send back the product (with packaging) and get a refund. Only for Sothys products. Please note that allergic reaction is very rare. The product must be full to get a refund as an allergic reaction arises after the first use. The product will be refunded but not packing & postage cost. 

Beauty accessories and tools

  • You can return any accessories or tools within 14 days at your own cost.

  • All the returned items will be refunded (but not packing & postage cost).

  • Only accessories and tools in their original unopen packaging will be refunded. 

  • Accessories and tools without packaging must not be used. 

  • Only items in the category "Accessories" of the online shop can be returned and refunded.

Refunds in case of mistake when ordering

  • Any items (including beauty products) can be refunded if they are not dispatched.

  • If you ordered the wrong product or accessory and you want to cancel or change your order, contact us immediately. Once dispatched, beauty products cannot be returned, Call on 07960499262 or email martinebeauty@aol.com to cancel or change your order.

  • If you ordered the wrong colour, you can let us know immediately by email, and you will receive the right colour.

  • If your prefer to cancel your order, your will receive a full refund (including packing & postage). If you just want to remove an item, only this item will be refunded.

  • Depending on your method of payment, a small fee must be paid. This fee cannot be higher than 3.5% of your order. In that case, you will get a full refund minus this small fee. There is no fee for bank transfer payment.
